J: Thanks for coming, everybody. I wanted to make sure that you all heard this from me: I'm going to be transferring to the Austin branch next month. I'm sad to be leaving all of you, but I'm very excited about the opportunities I'm going to have in Austin, so this is both good and bad news.
感謝各位前來，我想確認各位是從我口中得知此事，那就是—下個月我就要調到奧斯汀的分公司了。我很捨不得離開各位，卻又對即將能在奧斯汀大展身手的機會感到期待，所以這是個好壞參半的消息。

A: Oh no! I'm happy for you, Jacob, but we're going to miss you.
噢不！雅各，我真替你感到開心。我們會想念你的。

J: And I'll miss this team!
我也會想念大家的！

K: You're leaving next month?
你下個月就要離開了嗎？

J: Yes, my last day here will be the fifth. They aren't sure who is going to step into my position yet, but I'll let you know as soon as I do. I do know that they are probably going to bring in an outsider, so there will be some new faces around here. That's always a positive thing, I think. A little fresh blood rejuvenates everyone!
沒錯，我在公司的最後一天是五號。他們尚未確定誰來接我的職務，但等我ㄧ知道就會立刻告訴大家。我是知道他們可能會請外面的人，所以會有幾位新成員加入。我想這是件好事，新成員的加入可以使大家精神為之一振！

C: So, is this going to affect any of our current projects?
那這樣會影響到我們目前手上的案子嗎？

J: No, it shouldn't. By next month, we'll be in the home stretch of all our current projects. It may mean that we don't start anything new until my replacement is here, so he or she won't have to play catchup.
不，應該不會。我們目前所有的案子到下個月就進入最後階段了，也就是說在替補我的人到職前，我們都還不用著手新計畫，所以新人也用不著趕進度。
