多數飯店只讓人在下午辦理住宿手續,這樣他們才有時間打掃房間。辦理住宿手續時,你必須要提供姓名,也有可能要出示訂房紀錄(booking confirmation。有些飯店會在你住宿期間保留你的護照,也可能會刷你的信用卡作為押金,以免你破壞客房裡的物品。

 

【住宿登記(有訂房)】

A:Hello. I would like to check in, please./ Hello, I called last night to book a room.

B:OK. Can I have your name?

A:哈囉,我想辦理住宿手續。/哈囉,我昨晚有來電訂房。

B:好,可以告訴我您的姓名嗎?

 

A: How did you reserve the room?

B: I booked the room online./ My travel agency booked the room for me.

A:您是用什麼方式訂房的?

B:我是上網訂房的。/我的旅行社幫我訂的。

 

【住宿登記(沒有訂房)】

A:Excuse me. Do you have any double rooms available for tonight?

B:Yes. We have a vacancy./ I’m afraid we’re all booked at the moment.

A:不好意思,請問今晚還有雙人房嗎?

B:有的,我們還有空房。/我們現在已客滿了。

 

A: Would you be able to recommend another hotel nearby?

B: You might try the Season Hotel across the street.

A:您可以推薦這附近的其他旅館嗎?

B:您可以試試對街的季節酒店。

 

【住宿相關問題】

A:Do you have any other facilities in the hotel?

B:We have a sauna, an indoor swimming pool, and several conference rooms.

A:請問飯店還有其他設施嗎?

B:我們有三溫暖、室內游泳池和幾間會議室。

 

A: Excuse me. When is breakfast served?

B: We serve breakfast from 7 to 10:30 a.m.

A:不好意思,什麼時候會提供早餐?

B:我們將於7 點到10 點半提供早餐。
