【談論住宿】

Can I request a room on the ground floor?

麻煩能給我ㄧ間一樓的房間嗎？

I'm calling to book a double room.

我打來是想要訂一間雙人房。

I'd like a king-size bed, please.

我要特大尺寸的床，麻煩你。

 

【詢問旅館設施】

Do you offer room service?

你們有提供客房服務嗎？

Do you have a gym or fitness room?

你們有體育館或是健身房嗎？

Is wireless Internet available in the rooms or in the lobby?

房間或大廳內有無線網路可以使用嗎？

 

【談論入住、退房與付款】

What time is check in?

入住時間是何時？

I want to pay with a corporate credit card, but can I make the reservation now with a different card? I don't have the corporate card on hand.

我想以公司的信用卡來付款，但公司的卡目前不在手邊，是否能先以別種信用卡訂房呢？

Can I pay for my reservation in cash when I arrive?

能等我抵達後，再用現金支付訂金嗎？

Do you accept traveler's checks?

你們收旅行支票嗎？
