Doctor：Hello. Please take a seat. What seems to be the trouble?

您好，請坐，您的困擾是什麼？

Patient：I’m not feeling well at all. I only slept for an hour last night.

我感到非常不舒服，昨天晚上只睡了一小時。

Doctor：Why was that?

為什麼呢？

Patient：Work is really busy right now, and I just can’t switch off. I get headaches, too, and pains in my eyes.

工作目前很繁忙，我就是無法放下，我頭也痛，眼睛也痛。

Doctor：It sounds like you're stressed. You don't need medication; you just need to relax more.

聽起來你是壓力很大，你不需要藥物，而是更放鬆一些。

Patient：I know, but I just got promoted. What can I do?

我知道，但我最近升遷，又能怎麼辦呢？

 

★    It’s an emergency! 這是緊急事件！

Kyle：Can I see a nurse? It’s an emergency!

讓我見護士好嗎？這是緊急事件！

Nurse：Yes, you can see me. What’s the problem?

是的，我是護士。您的問題是什麼？

Kyle：I’m having pains in my chest. I’m worried it might be a heart attack.

我的胸口痛，我擔心可能是心臟病。

Nurse：Okay. Sit down, please, and let me listen to your heart.

好的。請坐，讓我聽診你的心跳。

Kyle：I can’t feel my arm!

我的手臂沒知覺！

Nurse：Try to stay calm, sir. We’ll take care of you.

先生，試著保持冷靜。我們會處理您的狀況。
