R：Yes, come in, please. As you can see, it’s fully furnished.

可以，請進。就像你看到的，房間附齊家具。

A：Oh, it’s lovely, and very spacious. How long have you lived here?

房間看起來很好，而且很寬敞。你在這裡住多久了？

R：About four years.

差不多四年了。

A：Four years! That’s a long time. Why do you want to move?

四年！很久的時間，你為什麼要搬呢？

R：I've just finished school here. The landlady has been nice to me, so I want to help her find a new tenant.

我剛完成這裡的學業。房東對我一直很好，所以我想幫她找到下一個房客。
